Returns and Refund Policy
This Returns and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from LindCo Packaging. We are committed to providing fair and transparent policies while maintaining strict quality control standards.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in original, unused condition and suitable for resale
- All returned goods must pass our quality inspection
- Items must not show any signs of use, including but not limited to tape residue, damage, markings, or wear
- Items must be complete — no missing or partially missing components, especially for bulk purchases
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or charge confirmation) must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products (e.g. gift cards)
- Custom-made or printed products (unless faulty)
- Clearance, special-priced, or discounted items (for change of mind or incorrect selection)
3. Change of Mind
We may accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided all return conditions are met. However:
- Refunds may be declined for discounted or special-priced items
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
4. Refund Process
- All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of returned goods
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Important Notes:
- If a coupon or promotional discount was used during purchase, the value of the coupon is non-refundable and will be forfeited
- We do not offer cash or alternative refund methods
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges, except in cases where a like-for-like replacement is required (e.g. defective or incorrect item supplied)
- Replacement items are subject to stock availability
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase and supporting evidence (e.g. photos)
- We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns
8. Inspection and Refusal
All returned items will undergo inspection upon arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- The item is used or damaged
- The item is not in its original condition
- Parts of the item or bulk quantity are missing
- The return does not comply with this policy
If a return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
9. Your Rights
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
